It is very easy to setup and configure the POP3 mailboxes. You just need to create the two POP3 mailboxes and then create a rule using keywords such as ‘subscribe’ and ‘unsubscribe’ to differentiate the incoming emails into two streamlines moving to the designated POP3 mailbox, for subscribe or unsubscribe requests. It also helps in enhancing the features and flexibility of the built-in file and email subscribe and unsubscribe feature in Fast Mailer Pro, a mass mailer.

One of the helpful features of this application is that it has a user friendly interface with self explanatory buttons, icons and tabs. It is easy to understand and use and you can view the list of respondents on the left hand side panel and a count of the total number of emails in the list at the bottom of the screen giving you an idea of the number of respondents who want to subscribe and unsubscribe.
